The Wine Group (TWG), a leading producer of award-winning wines with over 60 brands and wineries in California, New York, and Australia, needed to align its employees with its new vision and strategy for the future. They aimed to communicate these changes in a memorable, impactful, and lasting way, ensuring everyone understood the company’s direction and the new ways of working.
We collaborated with The Wine Group to create a series of communications, experiences, and activations to bring their new strategy and values to life for employees. The three-phase launch—Inspiring Communications, Launch Experiences, and Meaningful Activations—engaged leaders and employees, setting a strong foundation for success. The outcome was an employee base that felt connected to leadership, proud of the company, and energized for the future

Inspired by the iconic arch in the original logo, preserving its timeless essence while giving it a modern twist. The arch symbolizes strength and continuity—creating a perfect harmony between the past and the future. The new logo retains the brand’s heritage while embracing a fresh, forward-looking identity.
